About us

Dr. Soundiram, a pioneer in yoga, brings over 45 years of dedicated practice, research, and teaching experience. Born in 1959 in Puducherry, India—a place renowned for its contributions to yoga—he began observing and practicing yoga in 1973. Over the years, he has become a beacon of knowledge, combining traditional wisdom with scientific expertise to promote holistic wellness.

Dr. Soundiram is the first full-time scholar in Puducherry to be awarded a Ph.D. in Yoga by Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University (TNPESU) in 2018. His academic accomplishments include an M.Sc. in Yoga Therapy, an M.Sc. in Yoga, a PGD in Panchakarma Therapy, and a Certificate in Yoga Teaching. He was honored with the “Best All Rounder Award” in 2014-2015 by TNPESU.
